Drinks

We are fully licensed and have a comprehensive drinks and wine list – be it wine from our cellar with dinner, Champagne for that special occasion or a G&T on the terrace in summer, we will be happy to serve you at all reasonable times.

Reservation Requirements

Please contact us by phone or email if you are unable to make the deposit required for confirmation within 24 hours of making the booking.

Payment of account

We accept Bank Transfers and Cash only.

Cancellation

For a Whole house booking a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the booking value is due 60 days before arrival, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Smoking

For the safety and comfort of all our guests we operate and enforce a strict no smoking policy in all areas of the house.

Pet Policy

We accept 2 small dogs which can stay at £20/dog/night. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture. Please do not leave the dog unattended whilst away from the house.

You may see Ruby, our dog, occasionally but she lives with us next door.

Child Policy

Children are welcome.

Tir y Coed is situated along a private gravelled driveway leading to a gravelled and fairly flat private car park.

Help with luggage is available at all times.

Five steps with sturdy handrail lead to the main front door entrance.

On this level and without any further steps, we have the garden sitting room, access to the outside balcony, drawing room, dining room, main hallway and ground floor bedroom. This bedroom has an en suite with walk in shower. A seventeen step stairway, with good handrail, leads from the main hallway to the first floor. Six bedrooms lead off from the main landing. Four of these have no further steps within them and have en suites with either baths/shower over or walk in showers. The following rooms have steps within them; The junior suite has two steps down to the dressing room and bathroom. The Rowen suite has three steps down from the entrance lobby/dressing room to the main bedroom, sitting area and bathroom.

We have a ground floor public toilet. Numerous steps and pathways lead from the driveway and car park to the main gardens, these could prove to be difficult to the less agile especially in wet conditions.

The car park and exterior steps are lit at night time.

A bell is available to call in an emergency at any time day or night.
